Berawa - trending, cool & alternative
Berawa is that area where you’ll stumble upon one cool cafe after another. Think Instagram hotspot after Instagram hotspot. Green tea latte art, matcha smoothies, velvet pancakes, personalized smoothie bowls - you name it. In Berawa you just want to keep going out for breakfast and lunch- it is inevitable. Berawa is also the area in Canggu that is best for families. You’ll find cafes with playgrounds and arts & crafts, you can go have a full day of family fun at Finn’s Recreation Club and you can go chill out at Finn’s Beach Club and wait for sunset the strike.

Batu Bolong - hip, happening, busy
Batu Bolong is in the heart of Canggu and it the place where you’ll meet youngster, hipsters, yogis, surfers but also families and couples - a glorious mix of everything good. Cafes, restaurants, bars and young gods and goddesses on motorbikes with their surfboards on the side - Batu Bolong is the epicentre of cool! Nightlife, weekend markets, surfing, yoga schools, boutique shops - Batu Bolong is buzzing day and night!

Echo Beach - the hottest beach
The hottest surf beach in Canggu - Echo Beach is walkable from the buzzing Batu Bolong Strip and if you love to surf (or learn how to surf) this is your beach! Echo Beach is also home to a gorgeous bohemian beach club - La Brisa - be sure to stick around for sunset! Another popular beach hangout is Echo Beach Club. The atmosphere is relaxed and chill - you’ll love it! On Sunday Mornings, go check out the market at Samadi. Shop for some gifts from local artists, buy fresh veggies straight from the farm and home-baked bread. Samadi is a great spot to meet other tourists and ex-pats - it is always packed with good people.

Pererenan - upcoming yet tranquil
Pererenan is a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful beach where you can go horseback riding or gaze at the sunset without beach clubs or bars around. Another great area for families and also for romantic couples who like to stay somewhere peaceful and quiet yet close to the action.
